VenueScreen was created by Rick and Lea Barron, owners of Barron Event Planning & Management. They became aware that the Coronavirus was going to shut down events for the foreseeable future. Their goal was to help Americans safely get back to work and play. Partnering with a long time event client, Boston Scientific, they were able to create a protocol and use new technology to screen people entering buildings. Now, VenueScreen has screened about 1million people and prevented several potential outbreaks. VenueScreen offers a wide range of products that help detect elevated temperatures as well as an alcohol free hand sanitizer. VenueScreen is determined to help Americans navigate the biggest event of our lives.

In civilian pursuits, Mr. Koelzer has worked as a corporate operations analyst, aviation industry consultant, and small business owner.
